Technology Education

Technology Education falls under the category of Applied Skills. Although the Tech Ed curriculum is often associated with shop-based courses such as Woodwork and Metalwork, today the emphasis is on teaching students to identify and solve practical problems involving technology in a variety of contexts.

Students who have an interest in Technology Education can get information on courses offered at Delta schools through course booklets. Shop facilities at each school site determine the availability of Ministry course offerings.

  • Tech Ed 8-10
  • Tech Ed 11/12
