Applied Skills
Applied Skills covers a broad category of elective courses that deal with applied problem solving in a variety of contexts. Business Education and Technology Education, for example are two subcategories of Applied Skills. In order to graduate from Grade 12, every student must take an Applied Skills course (from any of the subcategories) worth at least 2 credits.
At the secondary level (check your secondary school course booklet for availability) there are a number of courses that fulfill the Applied Skills requirement.
