CONGRATS TO KALLIE FROM SUNSHINE HILLS!
North Delta's Kallie O'Hearn is heading to Ottawa where she will show off her talents at the NHL Junior Skills Competition this weekend. Kallie, a 9-year-old who plays with the atom A2 Sundemons, earned the trip when she placed second in Canada among girls of her age group in a test of hockey skills that included shooting accuracy, passing accuracy, fastest skater and stickhandling. She shone brightest in the passing category where she posted the highest score in the country. Kallie will compete against four other girls in the finals of the junior skills showcase in Ottawa. Kallie will also attend the NHL All-Star Game with her father, Dan.
