Brendan Gallagher invited to junior team summer camp
Rising hockey star Brendan Gallagher's performance with the Vancouver Giants has resulted in getting the attention of Hockey Canada.
Gallager finished with 81 points, including 41 goals, this past season in the Western Hockey League. The The recently turned 18-year-old from Tsawwassen is among 41 skaters invited to this summer's National Junior Team Development Camp in St. John's Newfoundland.
Gallagher is one of 24 forwards to be identified and is among 18 WHL players who will be headed to the Maritimes.
