Delta School District

The Delta Board of Education is responsible for the development of each year’s budget. The operating budget provides for salaries, supplies and services, instruction, administration, operation and maintenance, and transportation.

The District has a process and series of meetings for the development of the 2010-11 operating budget. A public meeting will be held on March 2, 7:30 p.m., at the Delta School Board Administration Office to receive recommendations and/or suggestions for consideration by the Board during the development of the district’s annual operating budget. As in previous years, individuals or groups wanting to make presentations, either in person or in writing, are asked to notify Secretary-Treasurer Michelle Miller, by calling 604.946.4101.
