Jeans Day™ 2009 Raises Over $1.3 Million for BC's Kids
The Delta School District is proud to have participated in the 19th annual Jeans Day™ in support of BC Children's Hospital. This year over 180,000 individuals and 2,000 businesses and schools took part in the event, helping to make Jeans Day™ 2009 the most successful to date with over $1.3 million raised for kids.
Since its inception in 1991, Jeans Day™ has raised over $10.5 million for BC Children's Hospital and the entire staff of the Delta School District staff greatly look forward to participating in the 20th anniversary of Jeans Day ™ on Thursday, April 29, 2010.
